THE RIGHT START FOR YOUR HOME

Start with the cause. Then plan the repair.

What we can discuss

  • Localized siding, trim and capping repair assessment
  • Leak investigation and moisture-related exterior concerns
  • Rot and damaged-material remediation scope
  • Storm-damage inquiries and documented assessment options

Tell us what changed

Include where the issue appears, when you first noticed it and whether it follows wind, rain or snowmelt. Photos of both the affected area and the surrounding exterior are especially useful.

Look at the connections

Leaks can involve openings, flashing, trim joints and roof-to-wall transitions. Investigation may need to consider more than the surface where moisture becomes visible.

Document the scope

Repair work can reveal concealed conditions. Where a written assessment or report is needed, discuss that requirement and any inspection fee before the visit so the deliverable is clear.

FROM OUR PROJECTS

See what needs attention.

These are separate project examples. The repair scope starts with the condition of the materials and their connections.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Can you provide a report for an insurance request?

Tell us what documentation is required. A written condition statement may need a paid inspection, photos and an agreed report scope; it is not automatically included with a brief visual look.

What photos should I send?

Include a close view of the damage, a wider view showing its location, and relevant interior staining if applicable. Avoid including people or sensitive documents.

Can thermal imaging prove where a leak starts?

Thermal imaging shows temperature patterns. It is one tool in an investigation and needs interpretation and appropriate confirmation; it does not directly see hidden water.

Can you repair a small area rather than renovate everything?

A defined localized repair may be possible. Condition, access, material matching and the cause of the concern help determine the appropriate scope.

Do you handle storm-damage inquiries?

Send photos and describe what happened. Tell us if a documented assessment is needed, and confirm the inspection and report scope before booking.
