What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, service interests and project details. Your phone number, project location, timing, notes and property photographs or PDFs help us respond. Uploads are optional.
Where the inquiry goes
Google Forms collects your response, Google Sheets stores the response record and Google Drive stores uploaded files in the business account. These records are for the business and are not displayed in a public gallery. Google processes this information to provide those services.
Attachments and access
The Google form accepts images and PDFs, up to five files of 10 MB each. Restricting file types does not guarantee that a file is free of malicious content. Please send only relevant property information and avoid identity documents, financial records or photographs of people.
A Google sign-in is required for this form because it accepts uploads. Google records the name, email and profile photo associated with the account when files are uploaded and submitted. Response summaries are not shared with respondents.
Questions, corrections or removal requests
Call Brad at 780-952-0152 to ask about your inquiry or request correction or removal of information. Include the name and approximate date used for your request. A removal request is reviewed by the business; this page does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, clicks on our phone links and clicks to open the Google quote form. Phone-link clicks do not confirm a completed call, and opening the form does not confirm a submitted request. We do not send your quote details, contact information or attachments to Analytics. You can change your choice using the analytics settings below. Declining does not affect the quote form.
Quote notifications
Google sends new-response alerts to the business account. When the quote email automation is enabled, Google also emails the submitted details and private upload links to the business inbox. Google Drive file permissions are not changed by those emails.
