THE RIGHT START FOR YOUR HOME

Fresh colour. Clean curb appeal.

What we can discuss

  • Vinyl siding replacements and renovation planning
  • Colour, profile and accessory coordination
  • Window, door and garage-opening capping options
  • Soffit, fascia and eavestrough coordination

Choose the profile and colour

Explore horizontal lap profiles, selected vertical treatments and accent options. The colour of the roof, garage door and window trim can help narrow the palette.

Give the details room to work

Straight courses, appropriate accessories and properly finished openings matter to the final appearance. Installation details depend on the selected product and the conditions on the home.

Address the existing exterior

A replacement may reveal preparation or repair work. We discuss visible damage, existing layers, house wrap and related trim before finalizing the scope, and communicate discoveries during the work.

FROM OUR PROJECTS

A full renovation. Right down to the corners.

A full vinyl renovation with capping and corner finishes carried around a wraparound porch. These photos show the original white exterior, the installation underway and a closer look at the window and corner details.

FROM OUR PROJECTS

From stucco to an insulated vinyl exterior.

For this home, Front-Line added insulation over the existing stucco, then vinyl siding and capping. The photographs show the original exterior and the work underway; the video walks around the finished renovation.

FROM OUR PROJECTS

The corners count, too.

Windows, meters, brickwork and small roof returns make an exterior renovation more than a straight run of siding. Here is the same property before and after the work.

FROM OUR PROJECTS

A renovation. Then a return invitation.

At another home, the customer was happy with the vinyl renovation and the work of our window installer. She asked Brad back to build a cedar pergola for her grapevines.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Can you repair a small section of vinyl?

A localized repair may be possible. Matching the existing colour and profile depends on the material’s age, fading and current availability.

Should I change soffit and fascia at the same time?

It depends on their condition and the look you want. We can include those items in the discussion without assuming every part needs replacement.

Can I match an older siding colour?

We can review available profiles and colours. Age, fading and discontinued products can limit an exact match.

What is included in a vinyl replacement quote?

Confirm the walls, removal, preparation, accessories, openings and cleanup included. Ask how any concealed damage will be handled.

How should I approve the colour?

Review a current physical sample beside the existing roof and trim, then confirm the exact product and colour in writing.
